Home Made Better-than-margerine

This is one of my favorite toast spreads when I've run out of butter, or sometimes even when I haven't.

Ingredients:

Procedure:
Put everything in a microwave safe dish, and melt it to the point where there are still some chunks in it.

Carefully stir it all together.

Allow it to cool.

Cover it and refrigerate it.  It'll keep for at least a couple of weeks.

When you want to spread it on toast or a sandwich, use it just as you would spreadable butter or margarine.

You can also add garlic or other seasonings to it, but be aware that this will make its shelf life shorter.
