The 100 Year Diet

At the Skeptic’s Health Journal Club, they have a nice introductory article on what they call the 100 Year Diet. Basically, if it wasn’t food 100 years ago, don’t eat it.  I think it’s a pretty good name for what we do, so go there, and show them some love.
