New Recipe: Whole Wheat Dosa

There’s a new recipe on CookingSlim.org for whole wheat dosa.  Dosa are thin, crepe like Indian pancakes.  Different regions have different styles, and most are lentil based.  This one used a fermented whole wheat flour though.
