At the Skeptic’s Health Journal Club, they have a nice introductory article on what they call the 100 Year Diet. Basically, if it wasn’t food 100 years ago, don’t eat it.  I think it’s a pretty good name for what we do, so go there, and show them some love.

There’s a great recipe for a sugar free chocolate cake at SteviaRecipes.net that you can either bake or microwave. As you can see from the photo, it came out nice, fluffy, and spongey.  Try it yourself.
